Delete Account

Follow the steps below to permanently close your account and remove your personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly through the Apples Pizza app or website by following these instructions:

Access Your Profile

Click on the Profile button located in the bottom navigation bar of the screen.

Locate Deletion Option

Scroll down to the very end of the profile page sections.

Initiate Deletion

Tap the Delete Account button. A confirmation popup will appear to ensure this is your intended action.

Confirm and Finish

Click Confirm in the popup to finalize the deletion. You will be automatically logged out once the process is complete.

Important Conditions

⚠️ Active Orders Requirement

Account deletion will not be possible if you have any active orders currently in progress (orders that are pending confirmation, in the kitchen, or out for delivery). Please wait for your orders to be delivered or cancelled before attempting to delete your account.

Once deleted, all your data including order history and saved addresses will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
