Cancellation Terms
You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After 5 minutes, the kitchen begins preparation, and cancellation may not be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact the store directly through the phone number provided in your order details.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns), please notify us immediately upon delivery. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work to resolve the issue through a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in cases where the delivery address provided was incorrect, the customer was unavailable to receive the order, or for issues reported more than 2 hours after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for repeated abuse of our policy.
